Cake du Fortin grew into a true family business, with her husband Ricardo Fortin, daughter Mauri Fortin, and son Curt Fortin all contributing to the bakery’s success. The bakery has become known for its dedication to refining both cake recipes and decorating techniques, using high-quality ingredients to create memorable and delicious creations.
Today, Cake du Fortin specializes in wedding cakes, children’s cakes, sugar decorations, and savory treats, all crafted with exceptional attention to detail.
